NOTE: IF YOU ARE HAVING A PROBLEM SENDING ECARDS USING SAFARI ON IOS DEVICES


MG Expressions LLC is aware of a potential problem on some iOS devices, such as on Apple iPhones and iPads: when you write a personal message and then try to advance to send an E-card, the browser instead redisplays the original (blank) message page. MG Expressions, LLC believes this is a problem with the Safari browser; in particular on devices low on memory. MG Expressions, LLC recommends using another browser such as Chrome. However, if You decide to continue to use Safari, the following steps may help clear Safari's cache and cookies; close other open tabs; and close other open apps. If you experience this problem on any browser other than Safari or on other devices, please contact MG Expressions, LLC at GreggsGreetings-notify@yahoo.com providing a detailed description of the problem.

  • WHY WAS MY E-CARD NOT RECEIVED?
    First check your "E-Cards & Gifts Sent" located under "My Account" and check if their email address was typed in correctly. If not, please correct it and resend it. If the recipient's email address was correctly entered, then MG Expressions, LLC sent a notification email to that address for your E-card. If they did not receive notification, it may have been routed or blocked by their email provider and/or spam filter. It is not uncommon for spam filters to block notification for E-Cards by default. The notification email will then be routed to their spam folder or, in some cases, their deleted folder. As such the recipient should search their email folders. MG Expressions, LLC will automatically send a confirmation notification to the User’s email address at the same time we send one to Your recipient. That way, You will know the E-Card was sent by also looking at your email. Then You can work with Your recipient, should you desire, to help them find it in their email folder where it was diverted to by their system; should they need Your help finding it.
  • I RECEIVED AN EMAIL AND/OR PASSWORD ERROR WHEN SIGNING IN.
    Please correct your e-mail and password. You may be inputting an address or password that does not match what we have on file. It is important that you enter the email address that you gave when you joined us, or when you last told us of a change of email address; even if it is not your current email address. We can only send a password reset email to email addresses, which correspond exactly to the one we have on file for you. So, if you change your email address since joining, it is very important to let us know. People often make simple typing mistakes. Here are a few common examples: entering the letter O instead of the number zero, or vice-versa; entering the letter i or lower-case L instead of the number 1, or vice-versa; entering the wrong suffixes such as: .net instead of .com, .co.uk instead of .com, or .com.au instead of .com. Some web browsers will automatically fill in data based on previous entries you made; however, it does not recognize if it was previously entered incorrectly when it was saved. So, if you try to log on and you see that either your email address or your password has been automatically filled in, you can use your Backspace or Delete keys to erase both entries completely and retype them correctly both from scratch. You may be entering your address correctly now but typed it incorrectly when you first joined. Do you remember ever receiving a membership confirmation email from us? If you did not receive one, then it may be because the email address you gave us was incorrect. You may have received the notification but inadvertantly deleted it. Please check your Deleted Items folder for the membership confirmation email. Other potential reasons for this are listed as follows: quotation marks; brackets; spaces before or after the email address; your service provider or spam filter is treating our email as spam and has put the email in your junk mail folder, or (rarely) blocked it altogether. Please check your Junk Mail folder and ask your service provider how you can whitelist email from: GreggsGreetings-Welcome@yahoo.com; GreggsGreetings-notify@yahoo.com; and GreggsGreetings-cancelmember@yahoo.com, or add them too your approved senders list. Please be sure to remove any additional characters or spaces from your email address and/or password before attempting to log in. If you would like to reset your password please select 'Forgot Your Password' located on the login screen. Please enter your email address where prompted. Our computer will immediately send you an email containing a link to a special password reset page. Click that link and please follow the instructions. It is not possible to retrieve your old password; you will need to create a new password for security reasons. MG Expresssions, LLC does not actually store your password on its computers, so we could not tell you what it is even if we wanted to. MG Expressions, LLC just stores an encrypted version of the password so that we can verify it when you log on.
  • HOW DO I CHANGE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express Credit cards. You can pay with bank-issued debit card that carries a Visa or MasterCard logo. You can pay with your PayPal account without sharing your bank or credit card details.
  • I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PASSWORD RESET E-MAIL. WHAT DO I DO?
    The password reset email link is sent to you as soon as you submit your email address. Depending on your email provider, it may take time for the password reset to arrive in your inbox. Please allow at least 1 hour for receipt. It is also possible it was routed to your junk or spam email box; so, please check for that. In any future emails, please add the email address to the address book associated with your email client such as AOL, Outlook, Yahoo, etc. Once you have added this address, you should receive email from us. If you do not receive a password reset link within 1-2 hours and you cannot locate it in your spam and junk mailbox and you have added the email address to your address book, please follow the steps below to resend the link: Please click this https://www.GreggsGreetings.com/expired-password and enter the email address associated with Your account into the form field and select the “continue” button. An automated email will be sent to you. Follow the prompts included in the email to complete your password reset. Please note: the email link to reset your password will expire in 24 hours.
  • HOW DO I SEND AN E-CARD FROM THE WEBSITE?
    MG Expressions, LLC recommends that you do not use bookmarks, favorites, email links, or a search engine. Once you are signed in, follow the below instructions: 1. Choose the E-Card you wish to send. 2. Click on the “Personalize” button. 3. Type your personal message (instead of pasting from another document). You can choose the font size, style, and color. Highlight the text and then make the changes. 4. Preview your message. 5. Click Delivery Information. 6. Type the recipient's email and name in the fields provided. 7. If you open the “Address Book”, it will allow you to send E-Cards to your saved contacts. 8. You can schedule delivery the same day by default or schedule a particular day up to a year in advance. 9. You can review the option to add a Gift E-Card, E-book(s) and Original Poem(s) to your E-card. 10. Click Send E-Card. 11. Review the confirmation. Or go to <My Account> and then to <E-Cards & Gifts Sent> to review the status of your sent E-Cards.
  • IS SALES TAX INCLUDED IN THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR MY MEMBERSHIP?
    If you join early enough from the U.S. You may enjoy GreggsGreetings.com E-Card subscriptions without sales tax; however, that is expected to change due to expiration of the current tax-exemption. Sales tax rates and laws are based upon the location of where you purchase from and local tax laws. In the future, tax law will require the U.S. transactions to be taxed and at a rate based upon where the purchase is generated. A 2-year subscription acquired early enough can be viewed as the best value not only because it can be purchased at a significantly lower rate than two 1-year subscriptions including the current “sign-up now” discount, but because You can also by-pass sales tax an extra year should it be required before you subscription expires if in the U.S. As you know, tax law can be complicated and dynamic in nature, and it is the intent of MG Expressions, LLC to stay abreast with applicable tax code laws: although it can be difficult to interpret and keep up with at times, it is a high priority for MG Expressions, LLC to pay taxes, accordingly.
  • WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

  • CAN I VIEW MY PURCHASE HISTORY?
    Please sign into your membership. Then click on “My Account” at the top of the page. Then click on “Purchase History”. You can see the type of membership you have and when: (1) it started, (2) renews, and (3) expires. Any changes to a new fee will be posted on our website 60 days before it takes effect.
  • YOU HAVE RENEWED MY E-CARD SUBSCRIPTION WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!
    We are very sorry; Condition 17 of our Terms of Use may have been overlooked by the User. This condition informs the User that the E-Card subscription automatically comes with auto-renew, unless cancelled at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the current billing subscription cycle; the email address for cancellation is provided as GreggsGreetings-cancelmember@yahoo.com. We would have canceled your subscription had we received the request within 30 days of the new billing cycle at the aforementioned email address. Notification to the User that auto renewal is approaching arrives by email 60 days prior to the auto-renew date. If you would like to hang on to your subscription for another year, but simply want to make sure that the automatic renewal does not happen again, then please request Your cancelation by sending an email to the aforementioned cancellation email address. The current membership subscription period fee is nonrefundable, except as otherwise required by applicable law. You may initiate your cancellation at any time, but as aforementioned, You must cancel your membership at least 30 days before the beginning of a new billing cycle to avoid future charges. MG Expressions, LLC reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion. If MG Expressions, LLC issues a refund, it is under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future. If you cancel Your subscription, that will not result in the cancellation of purchased Digital Products. MG Expressions, LLC also reserves the right to terminate Your account in accordance with this Agreement.
  • CAN I SET UP AUTOMATIC LOG IN?
    Select "Log In" at the top of the page and check the box next to "Remember Me". Then be sure you do NOT sign out when you leave the Website; otherwise, when you return you will need to sign in again. If you clear your cookies, you will need to sign in on your first visit back to our site after you have deleted them. Clearing your cookies erases your computer's memory of having visited our site. Once you sign in and ask to be remembered again, you will not have to sign in again unless you clear your cookies again. If you share a computer, you will want to avoid using the auto-login feature. If the person with whom you share your computer is a member of our site and has requested to be remembered each time he/she visits the site, then you will want to sign out and then sign back in using your own email address and password in order to access your member tools. If you try to use automatic log on from another computer, it only works if you use the same computer and browser.
  • WHY DID I RECEIVE A ONE DOLLAR OR LESS PRE-AUTHORIZATION CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD?
    When becoming a member, to verify that the account information given to us was accurate, a $1.00 or less Pre-Authorization Fee was charged to the account to verify it is an active account. Once the account is validated, the $1.00 or less charge is reversed from your account shortly thereafter.
  • I AM GETTING A NEW COMPUTER. HOW DO I TRANSFER MY MEMBERSHIP?
    www.GreggsGreetings.com is an entirely on-line service: there is nothing to transfer or install. Just go to our Website and log on by entering your same email address and password that was last used. If you want to remain logged in, then click the “Remember Me” box when You “Log In”.
  • HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
    Go into your account page where you can cancel your subscription, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • HOW DO I SEND AN E-CARD FROM THE WEBSITE?

  • HOW TO SEND A PRE-SCHEDULED ECARD
    Don't miss another birthday, anniversary, or holiday again! As a paid member, you can pre-schedule your E-cards to send up to one year in advance. Please sign into your membership from the Website. Follow Steps 1-7 in the above Question 01. Then select the month, day, and year from the pull-down menus. Click the "Send E-card" button. You will then be directed to select whether you want to add: (1) a thoughtful E-gift subscription membership card; (2) fun E-Books; and (3) poems to your E-greeting card. You will receive an additional email notification alerting you that the E-Card was delivered on this date. You can also check your Sent E-cards for the pre-scheduled E-cards. Click on the "My Account" button located at the top of any page, then click on the "Ecards & Gifts Sent" link. Locate the greeting you wish to check. Under "Ecards Scheduled to be Sent", you will find the order date, target delivery date, the e-mail address of the recipient and options to View or Edit.
  • I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WAS MY E-CARD SENT?
    E-Cards are usually sent immediately. If you have not received confirmation, your email client may be blocking our emails to you. In order to remedy this situation, please add the notify-GreggsGreetings.com email address to the address book associated with your email client (AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.). Once you add this address, you should receive an email from us. If you still do not see the email appear in your Inbox, please check your Junk Mail to make sure that the messages are not automatically being routed there.
  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY E-CARD?
    E-Cards are usually sent immediately. You will receive a confirmation email during the sending process to let you know your E-card was sent. The email contains a link you can use to view the personalized E-card that you just sent.
  • CAN I CANCEL A SENT E-CARD OR MODIFY MY MESSAGE?
    E-cards are sent for immediate delivery, unfortunately they cannot be canceled or retrieved to be edited. Once an ecard has been sent, there is no way to stop the delivery. If you scheduled a future delivery date, you may edit or cancel an ecard up to 24 hours before the delivery date. To do this: click on the "My Account" button; select "Ecards & Gifts Sent"; locate the greeting you wish to send; and choose “Edit” or “Cancel” the E-card you wish to change. If you must cancel the E-card to edit it, then you will need to re-attach the gifts you want to send with the E-card. Or if you want to cancel the E-card, but still send a Gift Membership Subscription, Gift E-Books, or poems you can still do that under “Ecards & Gifts Sent”.
  • WHY CAN I NOT SEND AN E-CARD?
    As a member of www.GreggsGreetings.com you will be able to log on to the website, use our E-cards from your computer or mobile phone, and benefit from any free services and products we may have available. But to send our E-cards you have to subscribe to our E-cards service.
  • WHY CAN I NOT SEE THE MESSAGE I TYPED WHEN I PREVIEW MY ECARD?
    If the E-card you are trying to send has a dark background, your message, if typed in a black font, will not show up and you should switch to a lighter color font. Similarly, if your background is white you should switch font colors to something darker.
  • WHY WILL MY E-CARD NOT LOAD? ALL I SEE IS WHITE SPACE.
    If you are having problems viewing your E-Card, the problem may be temporary. Please wait a few minutes and try again. If you're still unable to view the E-Card, it is recommended to try clearing your browser cache. You may research the methods to use depending upon the latest procedures posted on the internet for the type of web browser you use.
  • I TRIED TO ACCESS A PERSONAL GREETING SENT TO ME, BUT IT WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE.
    E-cards are stored for 13 months from the delivery date. After this time, they will no longer be available to view.
  • HOW CAN I SAFELY VIEW MY E-CARD?
    Unfortunately, MG Expressions, LLC is aware that the potential exists for malicious activity to channel through invalid E-Card notifications. If you have any doubt as to whether or not your E-Card notice is valid and actually from MG Expressions, LLC, you can always view them from our Website as such: Physically type in our web address (www.GreggsGreetings.com) into your browser. Go to the E-Card pickup button. Enter your specific greeting card code.
  • HOW CAN I TELL IF THE E-CARD NOTICE I RECEIVED IS REALLY FROM WWW.GREGGSGREETINGS.COM?
    If you have any doubt as to whether or not your E-card notice is valid and actually from www.GreggsGreetings.com, you can always follow these simple safe steps and look for: (1) the subject line of the Email always having the same format the “{Sender’s name} has sent you and E-Card from GreggsGreetings.com”; (2) the “Email From Line” will always be “{E-cards@GreggsGreetings.com}.” A malicious email may have a random email address or looks like it is from a personal email address; (3) {GreggsGreetings.com} will always be included “in the body of the Email” and have the {Sender's Name and Email Address}. You should recognize this individuals name before engaging further in the email. If you have any doubt as to whether or not you know the individual mentioned, go directly to our site and search the “Pickup Code” there; (4) the “Pickup Link” will always include {GreggsGreetings.com in the link itself}; (5) we will never send an EXE file. If your email contains a clickable URL that will be an EXE file do not click on it; (6) A malicious email pickup link that starts with a series of numbers (IP address) or does so when you hover over it and an IP address appears, then Do Not click on any of these links. If you believe you have been subjected to an invalid E-card notice, again please do not click on any links within that email. Please forward the email to GreggsGreetings-notify@yahoo.com to help further the investigation. Due to the nature of this email address, we will not be able to personally respond back to you regarding your email, but you can be assured that your example will help to further our investigation.
  • WHY AM I GETTING A MESSAGE ON MIS-USE OF THE WEBSITE WHEN I SEND MY E-CARD?
    Members who add: email addresses; inadvertent website URLs; words commonly used in spam; or certain punctuation marks will receive the message and the E-card will not be sent. This is done to prevent our E-cards from being mis-used in spam messages. Starting a new sentence without placing a space after the period ending the previous sentence will also generate the message. Words or phrases commonly used in spam messages are the following that should be avoided: Nigeria, work from home, you're a winner, and oh well. Please reword your message and resend. If that does not work, please notify us. Copying and pasting text from a word document will also sometimes cause the message to appear. If you do not have any of the text or punctuation mark type of issues referred to above, the use of the Firefox browser to send an E-card will often cause this message to appear. If you are using Firefox, please try accessing our website and sending the ecard with Internet Explorer or other browser.
  • I RECEIVED AN INAPPROPRIATE GREETING.
    MG Expressions,LLC is very sorry that you received an inappropriate or abusive communications in the form of one of our E-cards. This obviously violates our Terms of Service and will not be condoned. Generally, when users send emails of this nature, they use a false name. Unfortunately, given the open nature of the Internet, we are limited in what we can do about this. We do have certain information about senders such as IP address and cookie number. Unfortunately, we are prohibited by law from releasing that information absent a subpoena or a search warrant. Our technology does not allow us to verify the email address of E-Card senders. If you feel physically threatened, you should contact your local law enforcement authorities immediately. We will cooperate with their investigation in any way we can to help you, consistent with applicable law and our privacy policies. If you would like, we can block your email address so that you will receive no further E-cards from our site. Please be aware, unfortunately, this will also prevent family and friends from sending you appropriate E-cards. If you want to take this step, let us know and we will start the process.
